1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the koww platform and all of its services. By accessing the koww website, creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Alongside these Terms, you are encouraged to read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, as together they form the complete terms of your relationship with koww.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, koww's interpretation shall be considered final. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The koww platform is only for individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm your age at the time of account registration.

Requirements to be eligible for registration:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must have a valid mobile number and ID document registered in your own name.
• Each person may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• koww employees or members of their immediate family may not play games on the platform.

3 Account Registration & Verification

When opening an account on the koww platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure.

Information required at registration:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address (if applicable)
• Date of birth

Password & Security:

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login details with any third party. koww will not be held responsible if someone other than an authorised person accesses your account.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC):

koww may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. It is your responsibility to ensure that the documents you submit are authentic.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

koww offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus:

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for the ৳1,500 bonus is ৳30,000 (i.e., 1,500 × 20).
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each user may claim each promotion once only.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is suspected, koww reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• koww may change or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods:

koww supports only the following Bangladeshi mobile payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement on the bonus amount has been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment account registered in your own name from which the deposit was made.

6 Gaming Rules

The koww platform offers slots, casino games, sports betting, and various other types of games. Each game is subject to its own rules.

Game Fairness:

koww ensures a safe and fair gaming environment. Our games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All outcomes are completely random and not predetermined.

Gaming Limitations:

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a network outage, koww will settle the result of that round appropriately.
• If an incorrect payment is made due to a technical error, koww reserves the right to correct that amount.
• If a sports betting event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.

Sports Betting:

koww offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Check the odds and market terms before placing a bet. Once a bet has been placed, it generally cannot be changed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koww platform:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Strategic betting intended to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Any attempt to manipulate or hack the game software.
• Use of third-party automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Demeaning, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

If evidence of any prohibited activity is found, koww may close the relevant account and forfeit all funds without prior warning. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

koww's Rights:

koww reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Being identified as an underage user.
• Direction from law enforcement agencies.

User's Rights:

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Before requesting account closure, ensure that your wagering requirements have been met and that there are no pending transactions. Any available balance will be returned after the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

koww makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, koww will not be held liable for the following:

• Disruption to a game or transaction caused by a problem with your internet connection.
• Loss caused by a problem with your device or software.
• Delays caused by disruption to third-party services (payment gateways).
• Loss resulting from sharing your login details with someone else.
• Service being temporarily unavailable due to a natural disaster or unforeseen technical outage.

koww may temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance or upgrades. We will endeavour to provide advance notice in such cases.

10 Responsible Gaming
